TED 2012 is happening right now and this woman is on my radar. A few months ago I came across a book called Quiet: The Power of Introverts by Susan Cain. I may look like an extrovert, but I value solitude and I value the so-called ‘quiet ones’. Why? Sometimes we need quiet, and those who are quiet, to hear new ideas.
